Dr. Stevenson has been a local leader and top provider of vascular and thoracic surgery in this area for more than 30 years.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Dr. Stevenson completed both his Internship (’85-’86) and Residency (’87-’89) at the University of California. He practiced in Shreveport, LA., before returning to his hometown of Jonesboro to open his cardiovascular surgery practice and help expand the new heartcare program at St. Bernards Medical Center.
He is currently Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
In his spare time, Dr. Stevenson is an avid college and professional football fan and enjoys traveling, swimming and playing chess.
