The Wound Clinic

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”309″ border_color=”grey” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Through the Wound Clinic–which operates Tuesdays at the hospital.  Area patients are able to receive treatment for a number of ailments including diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, infected or necrotizing wounds, trauma wounds, arterial ulcers, dehisced surgical wounds, complex soft tissue wounds, compromised skin grafts and flaps, bone infections (osteomyelitis) and impaired skin integrity.

Prior to the creation of the program at PCH, many patients with the aforementioned or similar ailments were required to travel elsewhere for specialized treatment. Now, those same patients have an option closer to home, thanks to Dr. J.T. DeWitt and his talented staff.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
