When you aren’t ready to go home yet, we’re here for you.
There are many reasons that a patient may not be able to return home right away after hospitalization. There may be a need for extended rehabilitation, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy. Perhaps IV therapy or other needs make some form of professional medical intervention necessary.
Swing Bed allows patients to move from an acute level of care to a skilled level of care while remaining in a hospital setting.
