JOB TITLE: Human Resources Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Administration

REPORTS TO: Human Resources Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience

Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a closely related position(s) with progressive responsibility.

Physical

Normal office environment. Long periods of sitting, with some standing, walking, and bending/stooping. Occasional lifting, carry, pushing up to 10 lbs. Continuous, repetitive use of hands/wrists is mandatory for operating computers, high-volume data entry, and handling physical file system.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining digital and physical employee records (onboarding documentation, performance evaluations, compliance forms, data entry accuracy for benefits, etc.). Responsible for job postings and application tracking. Provide administrative support and assistance, as needed, with other Human Resources related job duties and special projects.

This is a full-time position – full benefits package offered with PTO accrual that begins upon hire.
